At SoftwareOne, we help organizations unlock the power of the cloud. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in engaging Japanese enterprise and SMB customers, generating new opportunities, and driving growth for our Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) offerings.
You will drive CSP customer acquisition in Japan by proactively reaching out through outbound calls, qualifying interest in cloud solutions, and building consultative relationships that accelerate digital transformation. In addition, you'll support sales through lead generation and strengthen team success by sharing best practices and insights.
Key responsibilities:
* Initiate outbound calls to qualify interest in cloud solutions and generate leads
* Identify opportunities, develop tailored pitches, and close CSP deals across industry sectors
* Follow up on leads to maximize conversion and negotiate commercial terms within guidelines
* Maintain accurate CRM data for targeted marketing, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams
* Participate in weekly sales meetings to share best practices and align on customer requirements
Qualifications:
* Existing full-time work rights in Japan
* Ability to commute to our Tokyo office (about 50/50 Hybrid Workstyle: 2-3 day onsite, 2-3 day remote per week)
* Full professional proficiency in Japanese and working proficiency in English (reading/writing essential)
* Relevant experience in outbound sales and lead generation
* Strong skills in hunting new CSP customers and closing deals
