Qualifications: Must Have Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, Innovation, Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in innovation, project management, or a related role. * Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering innovation projects. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Nice to Have Qualifications: * Knowledge of the mortgage industry * Proficiency in project management tools and software
