Responsibilities:

 As a Inmate Transport Officer in Milwaukee, WI, you will Safely transport Inmates to and from the Milwaukee County Jail, court house, and prisons throughout Wisconsin. 

Position Type: Full Time

 Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour

Must be 21+ years of age and must have a valid driver's license

Prior Law Enforcement or Military or Corrections experience required

 What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.

 Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* A concealed carry weapons permit is required.
* Graduation from a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent is required.
* A college degree is required.
* Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
* Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
* A corrections officer license is required.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
