Why You'll Love Working Here * Competitive Pay - Earn $28-$32/hr plus a night and weekend shift premium * Work‑Life Balance - 12‑hour schedule gives you 14+ days off per month * Strong Benefits - Medical, dental, vision, up to 18 days PTO, up to 11 paid holidays * Future‑Ready Perks - 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, volunteer time off * Career Advancement - Clear pathways to grow within manufacturing, production, and technical roles What You'll Do As a Technician, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality network products by: * Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently * Perform quality checks and follow standard work instructions * Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report equipment concerns * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Achieve production targets and support team goals * Accurately complete production documentation and system entries What We're Looking For * High School education or GED required; AA Degree preferred * Minimum of two (2) years' experience in plastics manufacturing * Injection Mold experience preferred * Basic math and computer skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Previous forklift experience and experience using ERP systems preferred, but not required - training provided Work Environment/ Physical Demands * Work performed primarily on the manufacturing floor; noise levels may be moderate to high; PPE required * Approximately 80% hands‑on production work and 20% clerical tasks * Regular lifting up to 30 lbs; occasional lifting up to 45 lbs * Exposure to varying temperatures * May require standing or sitting for prolonged periods * Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and coordinated hand/foot movements **This is designated as a Safety Sensitive position**
