Responsibilities:

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You will be expected to collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

* Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement, and patient advocacy.
* Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes. Implements care in a thorough, skillful, and consistent manner.
* Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies. Evaluates the effectiveness of care given by health team members. Documents patient care and unit activities in a timely, accurate and concise manner.
* Effectively communicates with patients, staff, and providers.
* Identifies patient/family learning needs and implements appropriate measures, including teach-back.
* Demonstrates an awareness of and sensitivity to patient/family rights, age-specific needs, cultural and ethical beliefs. Delivers care in a non-judgmental and non-discriminatory manner that preserves/ protects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.

Qualifications:

Required

* Associate Of Nursing
* Two (2) years general RN experience
* Registered Nurse: AZ, 
* Basic Life Support - AHA BLS
* Cancer Chemotherapy Provider (CCHEMOP) within 12 months
* IV clinical skills
* Demonstrated competency in basic EKG skills by passing the EKG test or completing basic EKG class/modules - within 6 months
