We are hiring a great opportunity for a Information Technology (IT) Manager - active TS/SCI clearance. This position will be based in Port Hueneme, CA  and the position is required to be onsite.

The IT Manager oversees the day-to-day of the project's IT and Cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities:

* Leading, guiding, and tasking multidisciplinary IT teams focused on operations, maintenance, cybersecurity, and technical projects.
* Providing day-to-day planning and oversight for the site's operational data centers, networks, operating systems, telecommunications infrastructure, thick/thin clients, endpoints, services, applications, and cybersecurity posture.
* Applying technical expertise while conducting general operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts.
* Understanding and complying with site and organizational policies and procedures.
* Engaging with vendors, engineers, and system delivery teams to ensure products are thoroughly and comprehensively transitioned to maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications:
* Shall have 4 or more years of IT experience as a desktop, network, server, endpoint, virtualization, or storage administrator/engineer.
* Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in the following areas:
* Leading multidisciplinary teams that support complex, mission-critical IT systems
* Planning, designing, engineering, testing, deploying, administering, and/or maintenance Enterprise information systems
* Providing physical and/or virtual desktop support services to a variety of end user computing, network, virtualization, and storage platforms and applications such as thick, thin, zero clients, virtual machines, storage area networks, routers, switches, TACLANEs, etc.
* Working with diverse stakeholders, prioritizing and assigning tasks, removing blockers, managing risk, tracking and reporting statuses, and briefing senior leadership on progress.
* Developing formal technical documentation, such as workflow diagrams, standards, procedures, user stories, policies, SLAs, test plans, roadmaps, briefings, etc.
* Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation, and training skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences, as well as senior-level executives.

* Education:
* A Bachelor's or an Associate's degree; if no degree, the role must have 4 years commensurate experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Certification:
* CompTIA Security + certification.

* Security Clearance Requirements:
* This position will require an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.

* Desired Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following technology areas: facility alerting/notification, Private Branch Exchange business telephone system, access control, video surveillance, or alarm systems.
* Understanding of IC, DoD, or DoN policies and practices governing IT.

* Skills & Technology Used:
* Experience in Information Technology and/or Cybersecurity professional as a desktop, network, server, endpoint, virtualization, or storage administrator/engineer.
