Overview: Executes security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. * SOC Threat Intelligence Analysts - Collect and analyze data related to potential threats and provide actionable intelligence. Monitor and respond to security incidents, analyze security threats, and ensure compliance with security policies. * Technical Skills: Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and security frameworks like NIST, ISO 270001, CIS Controls as well as be familiar with ORCA, Nucleus vulnerability tools * Soft Skills: Problem-Solving : strong analytical and problem solving abilities to address complex security challenges Decision-making: make informed decisions quickly in high demanding situations Adaptability: able to adapt to process changes based on treat and evolving technologies Collaboration: ability to work with other business units Responsibilities: * Creates successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures * Manages audits hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols * Manages security policies to control physical and virtual access to systems * Executes highly important information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems * Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions * Manages complex company-wide, web-enabled solutions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree Required. Advanced degree preferred * 8-12 years of experience * Ability to implement new systems and tools * Experience managing IT documentation processes * Advanced analytical skills * Advanced demonstration of project managing IT solutions * Manages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment * Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvement
