Overview:
Digital Solution Specialist will be responsible for developing business opportunities and sales strategies supporting execution of annual operating plan (mainly orders and pipeline) and long-term informatics growth in China.
Responsibilities:
* Sales support and build maintain relationships with key customers and work to develop them into reference customers to help sales in region or globally. Work closely with sales organization to complete informatics business by providing unique sales strategies and value propositions.
* Business develop-driver informatics business performance(incl,booking,margin,revenue growth and market position)in region.
* Work closely with HQ informatics project marketing team to ensure the smooth HQ project deliver;
* Responsible for the marketing of WATERS information products, including marketing plans (including webinar, WeChat manuscripts, marketing meetings, etc.)
* Build a healthy and sustainable digital ecosystem
Qualifications:
* BS/BA in biology/pharmacy/chemistry, BS/BA in computer science preferred
* Have a strong interest in Cloud & AI
* Excellent learning capability and strong ambition on digital solutions
* Experience in Empower/Unifi/ LIMS/ELN/SDMS/ is preferred
* Resourceful and strong sense of teamwork
* 3+ years of business development and /or Sales software experience preferred
* Or Experience in drug quality testing, bioanalysis,drug development laboratory informatics system administrator preferred
* Good learning ability
* Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to collaborate and to manage multiple non-connected tasks and prioritize time/activities.
* Has a strong customer focus and capability to balance stakeholders' expectations.
* A customer centric attitude in which delivering benefits to our customers is second nature.
* Good communication skills in English
* Basic knowledge in CDS, lims, Mass, Citrix preferred
