				Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Maintain all machines and plant equipment, performing both preventative and reactive maintenance including removing, disassembling, rebuilding, reassembling, and installing
* Prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision
* Adhere to all plant and health and safety policies and procedures
* Perform welding tasks and operate shop equipment and perform basic machine maintenance

Qualifications:

* Certificate of Qualification for Millwright or 4th Year Apprentice
* Previous experience in stamping is an asset
* Able to understand drawings, working sketches and operating manuals
* Must have working knowledge of in-house hydraulics and pneumatics
* Ability to work independently in a busy environment
* Experience with routine maintenance operations
* Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
* Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
* Able to work well under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
* Knowledge of safe operating procedures
* Self-starter, with developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
