Responsibilities:
Overnight Position: Responsible for all maintenance activities including bottling lines, facility, grounds and special projects.
Shift is from 5:45pm to 6am, 2-2-3 shift pattern. Pay approximately $30-34.00 based on years of experience.
* Understand and comply with maintenance safety requirements of position; keep safety top of mind at all times and prevent co-workers from working unsafely. Ensure equipment is repaired in a safe and efficient manner. Report safety concerns, accidents and near misses immediately. Participate in safety inspections and accident investigations. Keep workplace clean and free of debris at all times.
* Understand and work with established standards to deliver the highest and most consistent levels of excellent customer service.
* Ensure that equipment achieve maximum efficiency and reliability; reduce downtime by evaluating and testing equipment; implement automation to optimized safety, quality and efficiency. Own the standard operating procedures for maintenance of equipment, facility, grounds and special projects. Continuously improve quality driven actions that lead to the award winning results. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices.
* Create a personal development plan with assistance of supervisor to improve a skill/competency that will develop personal skills and improve performance. Improve at least one skill each year as agreed with supervisor. Deliver on performance against outcomes. Continuously improve the quality of maintenance processes and services; and the culture in which we work.
* Develop the skills needed to attain the desired career path within the organization. Individuals are responsible for identifying their own career goals and communicating same to their supervisor.
* Continually seek ways to improve performance as measured by departmental Key Performance Indicators. Understand and adhere to SOPs and best practices to ensure highest standards for Maintenance Department. Proactively generate ideas to improve day-to-day maintenance operation. Optimize tools available to continuously improve work environment. Effectively communicate interdepartmentally to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Perform job in a responsible manner and in compliance with Company procedures, maintenance practices, principles and SOPs; and applicable rules and regulations including environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
MUST:
* Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
* Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
* Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
* Experience in a fast paced environment
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Detail Oriented
* Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
* Work independently
Desired Qualifications:
* Apprenticeship program, technical school, or Associates Degree
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Hands on electrical experience, Allen Bradley PLC programming and hardware experience, equipment trouble shooting experience
