What Will You Be Doing?

Job Description

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the bottling equipment; this includes completing preventative maintenance tasks, assisting the production technicians with breakdowns and new installations as necessary. 

Additional Responsibilities for the Production Technician include, but are not limited to:

* Perform regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and variable frequency drives (VFD)
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with machinery, utilizing your strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Identify and resolve PLC-related problems, utilizing your PLC troubleshooting skills
* Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
* Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

What Are We Looking For?

Qualifications/Requirements

* 1+ years of prior Maintenance or Mechanic work experience required
* Completion of at least one of the following degrees: Industrial Electrician, Industrial Maintenance Electrical Mechanic, Automated Industrial Technician, or similar degree
* Ability to work afternoon or night shift for the foreseeable future and weekend overtime (as needed)
* 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
* 3rd shift: 11pm-7am

* Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair machinery issues
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred 
* Knowledge of machine safety inspections and adherence to safety regulations
