The plant operates on a 4-day workweek schedule, Monday through Thursday and occasional Fridays.

What Will You Be Doing?
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the bottling equipment; this includes completing preventative maintenance tasks, assisting the production technicians with breakdowns and new installations as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Perform regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and variable frequency drives (VFD)
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with machinery, utilizing your strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
* Identify and resolve PLC-related problems, utilizing your PLC troubleshooting skills
* Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
* Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

What Are We Looking For?
Qualifications/Requirements
* 3+ years of prior Maintenance or Mechanic work experience required
* Ability to work 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, on either day or night shift with overtime on Fridays as necessary
* Days: 7:00am-5:00pm
* Nights: 5:00pm-3:00am
* Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair machinery issues
* Knowledge of machine safety inspections and adherence to safety regulations
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred
* Associate's or technical degree, preferred
