Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Regional Account Executives and drive performance within a portfolio of Gen Mobile accounts. Manage current Distributor partner accounts, serve as a POC, and drive sales and market share within said accounts. Build and maintain a strong winning culture that focuses on sales and people first. Building relationships throughout a territory with external partners, internal team and vendor partners to help drive performance.  Secondary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores including escalated issues. Managing targets of retention and activation quotas. Working with the Head of sales and the ISM to ensure regional and national strategies are executed effectively.  

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct consistent weekly ride-alongs or monthly market visits with Regional Account Executives to retail store locations and provide coaching and feedback on visit effectiveness
* Collaborate with local dealer partners and direct distribution partners to strategically add new points of distribution within each market
* Monitor Regional Account Executive store visitation strategy and compliance to ensure that brand and performance standards are met
* Work with the Gen Mobile Marketing department to coordinate  table day events and community events within the assigned territory
* Gather competitive and customer impacting information and effectively escalate to  Head of Sales 
* Travel regionally as needed by the Head of Sales to visit assigned accounts and partners. Conduct in person business reviews and provide sales plan direction

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Proven experience managing a field sales team
* Consult and provide solutions when called upon by a team or partners
* Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast paced sales environment

Skills and Qualifications:

* Display confidence in having high level strategy conversations with business owners and all other sales partners as needed
* Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
* Demonstrate strong presentation skills to be able to host conference calls and training sessions
