The Indirect Sales Manager solves the challenge of driving consistent retail performance across a diverse portfolio of Boost Mobile locations and external dealer partners. This leader bridges the gap between regional strategy and field execution by cultivating a winning culture focused on sales excellence and relationship management. By managing a team of Account Executives and optimizing distribution points, they ensure the brand thrives in competitive markets while resolving complex operational escalations.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
* Achievement of regional sales quotas through the implementation of targeted daily, weekly, and monthly field initiatives
* Expansion of the market footprint by strategically identifying and onboarding new retail points of distribution with dealer partners
* Improvement of dealer productivity through the facilitation of rigorous business reviews and performance-focused action plans
* Quality control of brand standards and compliance through consistent field coaching, ride-alongs, and store visitation oversight
* Execution of traffic-driving marketing events and social media strategies in collaboration with localized marketing partners
* Integration of AI-driven predictive analytics to anticipate market shifts and refine competitive defense strategies for the territory
Qualifications:

* Mastery of instructional design and presentation for hosting impactful training sessions and business reviews
* AI literacy to utilize data interpretation tools for real-time sales performance tracking and field team optimization
* Critical experience managing field sales teams within national retail or indirect distribution channels
* Strategic relationship management skills to align vendor partners and internal teams with regional growth goals
Additional Qualifications
Successful candidates will typically have:
* Direct experience in the wireless industry or high-volume consumer electronics retail
* Proven track record of contract or vendor relationship management
* Mastery of localized marketing tactics including grand openings and holiday event execution
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum Experience: 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in sales
* Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 3 years of experience with:
* Account management and indirect national retail channels.
* Selling wireless products or services
* Field sales team leadership and performance coaching
* Valid driver's license and compliance with Driver Safety Policies (3+ years active driving history)
