Responsibilities: Implementation Ownership & Delivery Execution * Lead end-to-end implementation delivery for complex client engagements, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations * Own execution across all implementation phases including requirements, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment * Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure successful project outcomes Solution Design & System Configuration * Translate client business requirements into scalable system configurations aligned with FirmView capabilities * Design and implement solutions supporting financial workflows, reporting needs, and data structures * Apply established best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and maintainability of solutions Data Migration & Problem Solving * Lead data migration activities including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation * Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and system issues encountered during implementation * Develop and utilize SQL queries and data tools to support validation and reporting requirements Client Engagement & Delivery Accountability * Serve as the primary client-facing lead throughout implementations, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables * Guide clients through requirements validation, testing cycles, and deployment readiness * Deliver training and post-go-live support to ensure successful system adoption Team Collaboration * Contribute to the improvement of implementation processes, documentation, and delivery standards * Provide guidance to junior team members on execution and problem-solving approaches * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA to support delivery outcomes and resolve issues Qualifications: * Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex implementations within defined delivery frameworks * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across business requirements, data, and system configuration * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent, high-quality results Technical & Systems Proficiency * Advanced to expert proficiency in data migration, transformation, and validation methodologies * Strong understanding of financial systems architecture and investment operations workflows * Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with enterprise financial platforms preferred Education and/or Experience * 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or client delivery roles * Experience working with financial systems, preferably within alternative investments * Demonstrated experience leading full lifecycle implementations
