Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Implementation Consultant / Construction Project Engineer to join our Construction Division. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the post-sales process, working closely with our clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Cost Management, and Autodesk Build solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with clients to assess current estimating, takeoff, qualification, and budgeting processes. * Configure and implement Autodesk Preconstruction tools including: * Autodesk Cost Management * Autodesk Takeoff (2D/3D quantity takeoffs) * BuildingConnected Pro (bid management) * TradeTapp (vendor qualification) * ProEst (detailed estimating) * Lead interactive training sessions, workshops, and Q&A forums to support adoption. * Create tailored workflows that align with customer objectives and industry best practices. * Troubleshoot roadblocks and assist customers in optimizing preconstruction workflows. * Document customer processes, prepare handoff packages, and contribute to reusable knowledgebase content. * Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify additional opportunities for value-added services. * Provide feedback to Autodesk and internal product teams to drive improvements and innovation. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. * Proven experience working in a post-sales capacity, preferably as an Implementation Consultant or similar role within the construction industry. * Understanding of preconstruction workflows: estimating, quantity takeoffs, vendor qualification, and budgeting. * Proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Cost Management, and Autodesk Build platforms is required. * Experience with at least one of the following: Autodesk Takeoff, ProEst, BuildingConnected Pro, TradeTapp. * Strong understanding of construction project management principles and workflows. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Relevant certifications in Autodesk software solutions (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus.
