Imaging Project Coordinator - Logistics

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Configuring and Programming of MCL devices (ECG, ABPM, Imaging, Laptops) per study and software requirements.
* Logistics processing: documentation, packing and shipment of devices - OUS and US.
* Communicating with study teams regarding programming, shipping, including customs, brokers for OUS shipments.
* Daily communication with the Logistics Team from the US
* Communicating with Local Customers for US shipments
* Coordinating device returns, refurbishment, site close out.
* Organization of device inventory and related supplies
* Managing inventory software system

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree Level and/or some relevant professional experience 
* Knowledge of ECG devices preferred but not required

* Team-player with great communication skills, detail oriented and well organized, strong time management skills and ability to multi task to meet deadlines.
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Ability to lift up to 30/40 pounds
