Responsibilities: * Greet patients and families, providing a welcoming and professional experience. * Accurately register patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays. * Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. * Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with other departments (as needed). * Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. * Assist with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: * One year of related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills, and abilities.
