Overview:
GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking an IVR Developer to join the Contact Center Platform team in a hybrid capacity. This position requires at least one day per week on-site in Harrisburg, PA, with flexibility to work in-office up to five days per week as needed. Candidates must be Pennsylvania residents and able to provide occasional 24/7 support.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain IVR applications using Concentrix platforms, including Intervoice Development Studio and Interaction Composer
* Integrate telephony systems with other contact center products
* Write, test, and debug code using ECMAScript or JavaScript and C#/VB.NET for ancillary applications
* Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient code solutions from specifications
* Execute unit and functional tests to ensure code quality and application stability
* Document code changes and technical designs clearly and thoroughly
* Participate in code reviews and broader technical reviews to ensure high-quality output
* Collaborate with Senior Developers on task estimation, solution design, and prototyping
* Provide support for production systems, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and patches
* Participate in the on-call support rotation for 24/7 production system support
* Follow established software development methodologies and coding standards
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* At least 3 years of programming experience
* Experience developing IVR applications and working with telephony systems
* Proficiency in programming languages including Java EE, JavaScript, and SQL
* Familiarity with SOAP, REST, and API management
* Experience with SDLC methodologies and software engineering best practices
* Understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
