Insurance company in Parsippany, NJ is searching for an IVR Solution Architect for a full time direct hire position. In this role you will monitor, maintain and project manage an Avaya IVR platform, including researching new IVR campaigns and then to migrate existing campaigns from 3rd party IVR providers on the new IVR platform. The position will also build new IVR campaigns within the environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing/implementing multiple telecommunications technologies including IVR applications and software
- Avaya IVR platform and campaign design experience utilizing Avaya Experience Portal, POM and Orchestration Designer.
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with TTS and speech recognition utilizing Nuance. CTI integration and development utilizing Avaya AES, Java and .net API.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity working with SIP on Avaya System and Session Manager.
- Avaya CM 5.2 and 6.2 for phone system access.
- Voicemail systems, call accounting systems and Avaya CMS.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
- Specific experience in Avaya Experience Portal, Proactive Outreach Manager and IVR Orchestration Designer.
- Experience in Avaya Dialog Designer, IVR Designer, VPMS (Voice Portal Management System), ASA (Avaya Site Administration).
- Experience in developing and supporting call center applications using Communications Manager, Session Manager and System Manager
