Are you a ServiceNow ITOM expert who thrives on connecting complex data landscapes and turning them into powerful, business-driving solutions?
Do you enjoy working at the intersection of CMDB, Discovery, Cloud, and IT Asset data - while influencing customers with thought leadership and technical excellence?

As a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow, you will:
* Lead technical delivery of ITOM/ITAM implementation projects
* Design and configure CMDB, Discovery, Operational Intelligence, and Cloud integrations
* Connect enterprise data sources (Intune, SCCM, JAMF, cloud APIs, security tools, etc.)
* Advise customers on best practices and long-term platform strategy
* Run technical workshops and guide future-state solution design
* Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards and deliver measurable outcomes
You'll work across public/private cloud, enterprise infrastructure, and modern environments - turning complex IT landscapes into trusted, governed CMDB ecosystems.
Qualifications:
* Multiple years of ServiceNow experience with strong ITOM focus
* Deep knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ITIL models
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Strong infrastructure background (Windows/UNIX, network, compute, storage)
* Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
* Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
* ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITOM required (CIS-SAM/Discovery a plus)
* Strong consulting mindset, communication skills, and customer focus
* Fluent English
