Overview: * Manage end-user facing systems for team members in the field and Store Support Center environment * Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization. * Maintain and build out hardware as needed for end-users. * Provide end-user support in response to support tickets. * Test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved. * Responsible for high level projects across stores and Corporate office. * Assist and provide an escalation point for lvl1 Support personnel. * Rotating night/weekend on-call schedule * Occasional travel to stores may be required Responsibilities: At a minimum, what you'll need: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field. * Exceptional customer centric focus. * At least 1-2 years of experience in similar role. * Strong hardware/software skills * Ability to problem solve independently. * Ability to interact with members of cross-functional teams. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Strong organizational and documentation skills.
