IT Sr Project Manager

Responsibilities:

OneStream Functional Support (~30%)

* Provide day-to-day functional support for OneStream (financial consolidation, close, planning, reporting, people planning etc).
* Troubleshoot issues, perform minor configurations, support period-end close activities, and assist with upgrades/releases.
* Train end-users and maintain clear documentation.
* Document all approved change requests.
* Work in night shift (5-7 days a month) to support month end activities.

Finance Automation & AI Initiatives (~70%)

* Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python (pandas, openpyxl, etc.), VBA, and Advanced Excel to eliminate manual work in reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Experience in leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) and low-code AI platforms to create smart workflows, automated commentary generation, and scenario analysis..
* Lead or contribute to proof-of-concept projects that bring AI and automation into P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, driver-based planning, and people planning.
* Partner with Finance and IT to identify high-impact automation opportunities and deliver measurable time/cost savings.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with good understanding of financial.
* 3-5 years of hands-on OneStream experience (or similar CPM tools such as Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan).
* Strong foundational finance knowledge: P&L, balance sheet, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and workforce/people planning.
* Proven programming and automation skills:
* Python (pandas, numpy, scripting, API integration) - intermediate to advanced
* Excel VBA macros and automation - intermediate to advanced
* Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, dynamic arrays, complex modeling)

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for process improvement.
* Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
