				Overview:

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking IT Services Coordinator to work in a hybrid capacity with the Enterprise Data Center (EDC) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This role requires candidates to be within commuting distance of Harrisburg and offers a collaborative environment focused on hosted application services, infrastructure planning, and IT service management.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Manage agency documents supporting EDC hosted applications and services in MS, MSL, Colo, Cloud, and SDC environments.

* Gather and verify requirements related to infrastructure sizing, migration timelines, service levels, and compliance with EDC standards and policies.

* Author solution proposal documents including hardware, software, services, cost models, and transition plans.

* Transform customer requirements into technical specifications such as server and storage sizing, licensing, and support levels.

* Coordinate Service Requests in ServiceNow for technical change management.

* Serve as a liaison between OA, ETSO, agencies, and commissions to ensure alignment and approvals.

* Track and document solution proposal progress, approvals, and deployments.

* Prepare periodic status reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics for leadership.

* Provide consultative services for agency budget planning and future cost forecasting.

* Lead and support process improvement initiatives to streamline service request workflow

Qualifications:

* At least 2 years of experience in an IT role.

* Experience with hosted application environments including MS, MSL, Colo, Cloud, and SDC.

* Knowledge of server, storage, and licensing sizing.

* Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

* Experience drafting solution proposals with detailed configurations and cost models.

* Strong documentation and reporting skills including authoring technical/business documents and preparing status reports.

* Proven ability to track and document proposal approvals and deployment progress.

* Experience in customer-facing IT roles involving requirements gathering and consultation.

* Familiarity with infrastructure sizing, migration timelines, cost estimations, and compliance assessments.

* Experience managing change management requests in an enterprise environment.
