The Position: IT ServiceNow Developer IV (CRM) - Senior We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in Sales and Order Management (SOM) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions on the ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess deep platform expertise, strong solution design capabilities, leadership qualities, and excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders and enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of scalable solutions on the ServiceNow with a primary focus on SOM and CPQ. ● Drive end-to-end solution architecture discussions and translate complex business requirements into technical designs and implementation strategies. ● Configure and customize advanced platform capabilities including workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and custom applications. ● Design and implement CPQ capabilities such as product modeling, configuration rules, pricing strategies, quote generation, and order orchestration processes. ● Architect and develop integrations with CRM, ERP, billing, and third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware technologies. ● Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and team members. ● Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and security compliance. ● Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions. ● Participate in estimation, sprint planning, release management, and production deployment activities. ● Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root cause analysis and long-term remediation. ● Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge-sharing artifacts What We're Looking For: ● 5-7+ years of overall IT experience with extensive hands-on development experience in ServiceNow. ● Strong implementation experience in Sales and Order Management (SOM) and CPQ modules within ServiceNow. ● Deep expertise in: ○ Flow Designer ○ IntegrationHub ○ Service Catalog ○ Business Rules ○ Client Scripts ○ Script Includes ○ ACLs ○ UI Builder / Workspace concepts ○ REST/SOAP integrations ○ Scoped application development ● Strong understanding of quote-to-cash, order lifecycle management, and enterprise sales processes. ● Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting best practices. ● Experience integrating ServiceNow with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems. ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and CI/CD pipelines. ● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.Our Principles: Contribution to Society | Fairness & Honesty | Cooperation & Team Spirit | Untiring Effort for Improvement | Courtesy & Humility | Adaptability | Gratitude What We Offer: At Panasonic Avionics Corporation, we recognize that our people are the foundation of our success. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications ● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ● ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ● ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are highly preferred. ● Experience in telecom, manufacturing, or enterprise sales environments is an added advantage. ● Exposure to ITSM, CSM, FSM, domain separation, platform governance, and large-scale ServiceNow implementations is a plus.
