The Position:
IT Enterprise Developer III - Sales & Order Management / CPQ
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with experience in Sales and Order Management (SOM), especially Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Now Platform expertise, hands-on development experience, and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, configure, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a
focus on Sales and Order Management (SOM), particularly, CPQ module.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to gather and
translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
● Configure and customize workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client
scripts, Flow Designer flows, integrations, and automation solutions.
● Implement and support CPQ functionalities including product configuration, pricing
models, quote generation, and order orchestration.
● Develop integrations with external systems such as CRM, ERP, and third-party
applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
● Participate in solution design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and
release management activities.
● Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution and support.
● Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and platform
security guidelines.
● Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational
procedures.
● Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional global teams.

Required Skills & Experience
● 6-8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow
development.
● Experience working on Sales and Order Management (SOM) and CPQ implementations
within ServiceNow.
● Strong understanding of:
○ Service Catalog
○ Flow Designer
○ IntegrationHub
○ Business Rules
○ Client Scripts
○ UI Policies
○ Script Includes
○ ACLs
○ REST/SOAP integrations
● Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
● Experience with Order Management lifecycle and quote-to-cash processes.
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications
● ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
● ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
● Exposure to telecom, manufacturing, or enterprise sales domains is an added
advantage.
● Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is beneficial.
● Knowledge of ITSM, CSM, FSM or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
