Responsibilities:

Empower AI: As an IT Service, Design, Delivery, Improvement Technical Editor, you will provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract. You will work with the Army IT Service Catalog (AITSC), IT Metrics, and Army IT Portfolio (AITP) to provide objective means to measure and cost service delivery, manage service delivery expectations, and support the need for continual service improvement.

Highlights of Responsibilities:

* Manage Government provided electronic repositories for all document configuration items (CIs) including items such as naming conventions, control numbers, templates, and finalized documents with dates.
* Assign the correct technical document template with a unique document number within four (4) business days of each user request.
* Track when the documents are submitted for finalization and signature.
* Review all technical documents submitted for finalization for adherence to US Government Publishing Office Style Manual, Army Regulation 25-50, and NETCOM technical document templates.
* Ensure technical documents are complete, coherent, grammatically correct, and properly formatted.
* Use track changes to identify changes, questions, missing information, and other areas requiring the authoring team's input and validation.
* Reconcile comments and modify/accept changes to finalize the technical document.
* Coordinate and manage electronic signatures on the finalized documents.
* Electronically lock finalized and signed technical documents to prepare them for Army-wide use.
* Submit a quarterly report that identifies all currently pending documents requests.
* Submit a compliance report identifying all technical documents not finalized within 45 business days of submission.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

* Secret Security Clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* 7 - 12 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* ITIL v4 Foundations certification
* Security+ certification

Physical Requirements:

* Sitting for long periods
* Standing for long periods
* Ambulate throughout an office
* Ambulate between several buildings
* Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
* Travel by land or air transportation 10% or less
