Responsibilities: The Information Technology (I.T.) division of Enterprise Holdings builds and implements powerful solutions that help to drive and support the global operations of our brands and businesses, including Alamo Rent-A-Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental. With more than 10,000 branch locations across the world and more than 80,000 employees, Enterprise Holdings and its affiliates own and operate almost two million cars and trucks. As a Security Analyst assigned to the Global Cyber Security Monitoring Team you will be responsible for analysis, response, and triage of security alerts/events, determining which steps to take to mitigate the threat. Additionally, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced environment utilizing a set of security-related tools (e.g. - WAF, SIEM, UBA, SOAR, AV, firewalls, etc.) to analyze security events or incidents to determine the proper approach for their investigation and remediation, develop new team processes, and work with internal/external teams on security issues. Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications: Required: * Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future * Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities * 2 or more years of security related experience (in a professional role or college level coursework) * Knowledge of Network Protocols, Packet Captures, Security Controls and Concepts * Demonstrable analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to think outside the box * Proven track record of developing new processes * Proven abilitiy to create strong process documentation and reports * Must demonstrate desire for continual education in security-related areas * Respond to security incidents regarding malicious attacks, detected anomalies, malware infections, APT activity, unauthorized access, data extraction, etc. * Analyze security events; coordinate response to incidents; drive investigations; provide concise updates and communications to management; create documentation to increase efficiency of all levels of support in proper response processes; maintain strict security standards * Assist with task automation and process improvements * Strong desire to lead and work in a team environment * Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred * Security-related Certifications a plus (e.g. - CISSP, Security +, CEH, GIAC-certs, security tool certs) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to think outside the box * Knowledge of Scripting, SIEM, standard ticketing systems, Open Source Security Tools, Web Application Firewalls, PKI, EDR, vulnerability scanning * Engineering and project management experience
