We are creating nearly 200 Fully Remote jobs in Brazil for various financial technology (Fintech) engineering, database, development, and testing teams.

Responsibilities:
* Perform manual, risk-based, exploratory testing as part of an agile development team
* Utilize a shift left mindset to prevent issues during design and coding
* Own the testing strategy for the team's projects
* Escalate quality concerns and help the team own their resolution
* Collaborate across teams in an effective and efficient manner
* Document and share knowledge
* Advocate for Agile best practices
* Train and mentor QA and Dev team on testing best practices
* Suggest and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience testing web-based applications
* Experience being part of a high performing Agile team
* Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience a plus
* 3+ years of experience with QA and/or application development
* 3+ years of experience with black box and white box testing
Strong preference to candidates with:
* Trained in Rapid Software Testing methodologies
* Experience with testing web-based ecommerce products
* Experience with relational databases (SQL)
* Basic programming/scripting ability; working knowledge of C# and JavaScript
* Experience with Selenium/Cypress.
* Experience with Postman - API testing
* Working knowledge of the OWASP Top 10
* Knowledge of heath care domain.
* Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
* Experience working with Microsoft Azure
