This is your opportunity to join a high performing global Keysight IT team that is on an exciting pursuit to explore, implement, in support of a major enterprise-wide program, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. Keysight IT Customer Experience team is looking for a Program Manager with Scrum Master experience to join our team. Responsibilities: Responsibilities and Duties: * Strategic partner with business & functional leaders to deliver digital transformation to achieve priority business outcomes. * Translate company-wide-impacting strategic priorities into global, structured IT programs. * Deliver the most complex, critical IT programs in the plan of record, typically leading a team of IT project managers and coordinators * Serves as a consultant to IT leadership for continuous improvement opportunities. * Determines overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. * Accountable for risk assessment. * Responsible for tracking project financials, costing of solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets. * Coordinates internal and external project team members' contribution. * Able to adjust schedules and project milestones as needed. * Recommends changes to continuously improve project quality and methodology. * Lead the Scrum of Scrums using Agile. * Coach development team on Agile methodology where required and follow best practices. Experience: * Experienced in agile project management methodologies * Disciplined in time management * Collaborates with internal and external technical teams * Strong communicator to group and business level managers * Able to think critically in issue resolution * Proactive in risk mitigation * The individual must possess ability to network and interface with Global IT and business stakeholders to internalize requirements, interpreting and applying processes to deliver value to stakeholders. Qualifications: * Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent typically over 8 years of relevant experience for entry to this level. * Preferred 10+ years in project and program management * Preferred 2-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience * Proven leadership skills along with the ability to drive action and partner with people across cultures, levels, and organizational boundaries. * Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), ScrumMaster Certification is preferred. * Team worker with ability to collaborate across development teams to meet aggressive delivery schedules. * Ability to work independently in a global environment.
