Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia | Remote
How a day to day would look like in this role:
* Supervise and apply corrective actions to action plans that support operations and project strategies.
* Responsible for the planning and control of activities inherent to the projects.
* Manage and supervise the quality of deliverables, ensuring compliance with the established methodology and managing the corresponding risks.
* Identify the main causes of delays in the delivery of activities to the client and take corrective and/or preventive measures in conjunction with the manager.
* Actively participate in planning activities, including meetings, decision-making, and negotiating estimates and work plans for unscheduled activities.
* Evaluate the risks and contingencies of the project, considering technical and non-technical factors.
* You will be key in leading technology adoption, training teams, and minimizing resistance to change, ensuring that the project generates value for the service customers.
Qualifications:
Profile: Background in systems engineering or related fields with experience coordinating high-complexity technology projects. It is desirable to have experience or a strong curiosity about projects involving the adoption of new technologies within organizations.
Required Skills:
* Experience in implementation and management of services.
* Ability for planning and project control.
* Knowledge in the configuration and administration of technological management tools.
* Ability to analyze and report operational and project metrics.
* Skill in identifying and managing risks.
* Analytical capacity for performance evaluation and resource optimization.
* Knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies.
* Ability to work in a team and lead projects.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, encouraging partnership between IT, operations, and customer service areas.
* ITIL Certification is nice to have.
