IT Procurement Analyst

				Overview:

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking an IT Procurement Analyst to work onsite at our headquarters in Chambersburg, PA. This full-time position offers a collaborative team environment focused on delivering excellent customer service and procurement operations.

Responsibilities:

* Research and resolve purchase order discrepancies and pricing errors.

* Collaborate with sales team members to quote the best IT solutions for customers.

* Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service and procurement issues.

* Identify customer product needs and coordinate accurate order execution.

* Receive, validate, and confirm requests for product details and order requirements.

* Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and expedite when necessary.

* Assist sales representatives in preparing monthly or quarterly business review reports.

* Maintain clear and proactive communication to ensure accurate quoting and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

* Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Demonstrated customer service orientation with professional interpersonal skills.

* Competency in basic business math calculations.

* Team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
