Responsibilities:
The IT People Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing dedicated people strategies that promote core cultural values and strong performance. The role will play an indispensable part in the IT organization's future by matching talent to the right roles needed to support growth in the department. The role will drive the execution of annual processes, such as talent management, performance management, and the compensation cycle, as well as oversee employee relations issues. This role will have a large number of direct reports and manage a team with diverse talents and backgrounds.
Qualifications:
Communication - Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
3+ years in diverse and increasing leadership roles across business or Information Technology area(s).
