Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS BY LEVEL:

* Provides consulting services to members of the professional staff and to the customer in the analysis and design of data processing systems, management systems, scientific systems, and other related areas
* Makes technical decisions on kinds of data to be gathered and methods to be used in data collection and analysis
* Provides technical direction, guidance, and assistance to assigned projects, suggesting efficient approaches and methods for solving problems
* Develops analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solution
* Prepares and presents written and oral reports
* Prepares and presents proposals, or portions thereof, primarily in field of specialty
* Analyzes, diagnoses, and recommends solutions to complex problems
* Serves as principal analyst for research project
* Develops advanced concepts of automation and information processing, display, control, and transfer for various subsystems
* Conducts research and analysis of algorithms and defines data structures that lead to highly efficient system design parameters
* Performs related work as required
* Work is performed under the general direction of a senior level manager
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and client personnel at all levels
* Ability to work in a normal office environment
* Cost management responsibility within assigned area

Qualifications:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience
* ITIL v4
* IAT-I

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY LEVEL:

* IV: 7 - 12 Years

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:

* Sitting for long periods
* Standing for long periods
* Ambulate throughout an office
* Ambulate between several buildings
* Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
* Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 25 pounds
