Responsibilities:
About the Team: The Cloud Office within Developer Services is the front door to teams looking to consume capabilities in the AWS and Azure clouds. Cloud Office responsibilities include facilitating the Cloud Governance process, stewarding the Cloud Strategy, and setting standards and best practices for how teams should operate in the cloud. The Cloud Office also engages with solution teams to provide consultation and guidance. This includes proactive engagement with DevOps teams, cloud consults, roadmapping assistance, and product management for new capabilities to the Cloud Platform automation and cloud reporting. Lastly the Cloud Office owns and provides DevOps automation related to CICD, cost optimization, and other tasks performed by teams operating in the cloud.
The Cloud Office team is excited to announce an opening for an IT Manager! In this role you will manage the Cloud Office's front door engagement with teams who are consuming cloud services and building solutions in the cloud. This involves managing multiple communication channels with our customers including regular meetings to communicate changes, identify new requirements and assess current state. You will also help manage our processes related to Governance, product management, roadmapping and stewardship of the Cloud Strategy. This role involves communicating with multiple levels in the organization including engineers, front line managers, and senior leadership.
In this role, you will also need to be able to manage talent effectively including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, coaching, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews. You will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions with adherence to IT policies and standards. You will initiate, build and maintain strong relationships across IT and other corporate business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing relationships with leaders on the solution teams that are consuming cloud services
* Ownership of product management and accompanying processes
* Work with solution teams on cloud adoption roadmapping
* Manage new capability and exception processes related to Cloud Governance
* Steward and manage change to the Cloud Strategy
* Manage Cloud Office communication channels including SharePoint, Teams and email

Good technical aptitude and a general understanding of cloud and DevOps concepts will also be key to your success. Qualifications:
Required:
* Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area.
* Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
* 6+ years of related experience.
* 2+ years of success leading teams within a large enterprise IT organization.
* Experience in people management activities, including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary review.
* Working knowledge of cloud and DevOps concepts and technologies.
* Excellent analytical skills as proven through past success with multiple projects delivery.
* Excellent knowledge of project management concepts, from planning and inception, through implementation and support.
* Proven leadership, results orientation, and self-motivation traits.
* Superb communication skills - both written and verbal designed to engage an audience across a broad range of technical expertise and/or business acumen.
* Demonstrate analytical skills with the ability to use data for effective story telling.
* High degree of collaboration skills; works well with others as it relates to generating ideas.
* Strong skills and experience mentoring and developing IT professionals, to ensure the team's success and enable the employees to achieve their career goals.
* Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
* Technical background with experience in cloud computing and DevOps practices.
* Experience in agile methodology.
