Rollins, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Intern for a 10-week internship opportunity to join our team and work across various IT departments, including support, systems engineering, infrastructure, cloud, telecoms, ServiceNow, project management, business analysis, and cybersecurity. This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects and support that enhance our IT operations and be able to tell a story about the organization based upon key data points of our enterprise.
As the IT Intern you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. You'll work with various teams to ensure data accuracy, develop reports, and provide insights that drive growth and efficiency

Responsibilities:
You Will . . .
* Cultivate and manage relationships with customers, teammates, and management.
* Collect, clean and analyze data from various data sources.
* Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision making.
* Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data sets.
* Prioritize work, meet deadlines, solve problems, and ensure confidentiality within all areas of responsibility.
* Perform basic/moderate statistical work/data analysis.
* Learn effective interpersonal skills (collaborating/working effectively with individuals/teams), operate in a dynamic/supportive team-based environment (learning new technologies).

Qualifications:
The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, SSRS)
* Basic knowledge of IT support, systems engineering, infrastructure, cloud computing, telecoms, ServiceNow, project management, business analysis, and cybersecurity.
* Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
* We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks. Candidates must have the ability to perform the requirements of the job with or without accommodations.
* Must reside in the metro Atlanta area.
