This role requires an hybrid work arrangement.  At Wipfli, hybrid work is defined as associates regularly working 1-4 days a week during your working hours, for part-time interns, in a Wipfli office.  

This internship will be offered from January 2026-May 2026, part time 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity to extend into the summer.

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service support (both on-site and remote) to Firm associates for basic hardware and software issues. 
* Record all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems.
* Acquire and maintain knowledge of Firm systems and support policies and procedures. 
* Review and maintain documentation and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Networking (Sophomore or Junior preferred).
* Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Prior experience with computer systems or help desk support is a plus.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status).
