IT Enterprise Resource Planning Architect

				Overview:

The ERP Architect focuses on the ERP solution implementation initiative at Wellpath. This role will work closely with the Finance department to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and deployment of the ERP solution (MS Dynamics). Be the technical visionary and leader for ongoing and future ERP initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be to optimize the finance systems first.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to assess financial systems, understand business processes, and prioritize ERP-related work.
* Design an ERP system architecture that integrates financial functions (accounting, budgeting, procurement) and aligns with strategic goals.
* Provide technical leadership for ERP projects, ensuring smooth integration with other systems and data sources.
* Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day management of the ERP system, including weekly status report updates.
* Conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management using industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Education

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field.

Experience

* 7-10 years of experience in ERP implementation, including hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
* Proven track record in managing complex ERP projects and leading technical teams.
* Familiarity with various business processes and how they integrate with ERP systems.
* Extensive experience with financial systems and processes.
* Proven track record in designing and implementing financial systems in complex organizations.
* Experience with financial reporting, compliance, and risk management.
