Responsibilities: About the Role: We're looking for a curious, adaptable, and driven IT Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of intelligent workplace solutions. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who's eager to grow, thrives on learning new technologies, and enjoys solving real-world problems with modern tools like Microsoft Graph API, Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot. What You'll Do: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support solutions using Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies. * Assist in configuring and customizing Copilot Studio environments to meet business needs. * Explore and apply AI capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency. * Document processes, share insights, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively suggest improvements or new solutions. Qualifications: What You Bring: * Foundational experience or strong academic exposure to: * Microsoft Graph API * Copilot Studio * Microsoft 365 Copilot * AI concepts and tools * Solid communication skills - you can explain complex ideas simply and effectively. * A fast learner with a growth mindset and a knack for picking up new tools and technologies. * Self-starter attitude with the initiative to take ownership and drive tasks forward. * Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and collaborate across teams. Bonus Points For: * Developing and maintaining integrations using Microsoft Graph API to enhance productivity and automation. * Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). * Familiarity with Azure services or other cloud platforms. * Previous internship or project work in IT, software development, or AI.
