Responsibilities:

The missions/responsibilities are:
- Validating the workload estimate;
- Ensuring the design of application solutions that are coherent with the entire IS (only for functional design) and with norms and standards;
- Developing the solution in line with the expected loads, deadlines, costs and quality;
- Carry out technical, functional and non-regression tests;
- Providing technical support (depending on their area) to the teams on how the applications work, the possibilities for development and technical constraints;
- Ensuring an increase in competence within their perimeter (new project, perimeter extension, etc.);
- Proposing technical or practical improvements.
