We are creating nearly 200 Fully Remote jobs in Brazil for various financial technology (Fintech) engineering, database, development, and testing teams.

Responsibilities:
* ERP Development & Management: Support and coordinate the ongoing in-house ERP system development, ensuring alignment with business needs.
* System Maintenance: Oversee the CRM and support systems, ensuring proper functionality, updates, and improvements.
* Integration & Monitoring: Supervise the performance and integration of InComm's proprietary systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
* Technical Support: Assist internal teams with technical and operational issues, providing efficient troubleshooting and solutions.
* Security & Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and security best practices.
* Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with different business units to optimize processes through technology.
* Project Management: Coordinate IT-related projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
* Asset Management (IT accessories) for the InComm Brazil operation.
* Routine management of servers and ERP infrastructure (daily monitoring).
* Monitor ERP integrations with other systems such as Logistics Operators, Transportation Companies, etc.
* Control and Management of Business Intelligence (Data Analysis) functionalities.
* Knowledge in data development and modelling (SQL).
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in IT coordination, system administration, or similar roles.
* Knowledge of ERP development, CRM systems, and IT infrastructure.
* Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, database management, and API integrations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with security protocols and compliance standards is a plus.
* English is mandatory.
