Responsibilities: The incumbent will perform assigned Industrial Hygiene duties as an NSS employee onsite under the NASA COSMIC contract at Michoud Assembly Facility. Work Model: Onsite Qualifications: Essential Duties & Job Functions: * Acts as a NSS Industrial Hygiene professional. * Provides IH surveillance and assessments, which includes collecting and analyzing field samples. * Provides IH related training to workers. * Responds to and evaluates employee concerns. * Reviews and evaluates work documents, construction design documents and company/NASA procedures. * Reviews department processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory guidance. * Ensures completed documentation is filed correctly in accordance with NASA and NSS requirements. * Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance to other IH professionals. * Performs other duties as assigned by department manager.
