IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL (DIRECT-HIRE)
Our client, an established and well respected practice, is seeking an Immigration Paralegal with real grit. The right candidate will have hands-on experience in the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals - this is an absolute must! They are looking for a strong individual who can hit the ground running and knows court procedures like the back of their hand. Our client works primarily with deportation and asylum cases, so experience in this area is paramount. Our client also works with naturalization and green card matters.
The right candidate will have 4+ years experience in the above mentioned fields, real grit when dealing with the daily clients that are typical of these cases, and someone who is not afraid to stand strong when needed.
