				Overview:

***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***

The IMD Manager supports the LOGCAP V Program by overseeing all information technology operations, service delivery, systems administration, and project support within the assigned area of responsibility. This role ensures IT services meet contractual requirements, Army regulations, cybersecurity standards, and operational needs for both corporate and task‑order environments. The IMD Manager leads a team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining infrastructure, applications, end‑user support, and network services in a dynamic contingency setting.

Responsibilities:

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. 

* Lead daily IT operations for the site, ensuring availability and reliability of all IT services.
* Oversee network infrastructure, servers, workstations, communications systems, and application environments.
* Ensure compliance with U.S. Army, DoD, and corporate IT policies, including cybersecurity directives and STIG requirements.
* Manage a team of IT communication technicians, system administrators, and tier 1 and 2 service desk personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance oversight.
* Serve as the primary interface with the Program IT leadership, corporate IT, and supported functional departments.
* Maintain and report IT metrics, service levels, asset inventories, and compliance documentation.
* Oversee configuration management of software, hardware, and network devices
* Ensure proper tracking, issuance, and turn‑in of IT equipment, including government‑furnished and corporate‑owned assets.
* Coordinate with logistics and procurement for material requests, equipment replacement, and lifecycle management.
* Support implementation of enterprise systems, upgrades, patches, and site‑specific IT projects.
* Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and provide guidance on complex system challenges
* Assist in maintaining continuity of operations plans and disaster recovery capabilities
* Ensure all users adhere to acceptable use policies, security protocols, and operational best practices
* Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and updates to leadership as required
* Perform other duties as assigned to meet program requirements.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
* Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
* DoD 8570 IAT II or III certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, CISSP, CASP+).
* Prior LOGCAP or large‑scale government contracting experience.
* Experience with Army systems, NIPR/SIPR environments, or theater‑level IT operations.
* Knowledge of satellite communications, VoIP, or enterprise network architecture.

* Experience:
* 5-10 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or technical lead role.
* Experience supporting IT operations in military, OCONUS, or contingency environments preferred.
* Strong understanding of network administration, Windows Server/Active Directory, cybersecurity practices, and enterprise applications.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast‑paced, mission‑driven environments.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

* Skills:
* Troubleshoot/Repair PC/Network related issues.
* Troubleshoot NIPR problems.
* Virtual OS Management (Hypervisor/VMware)
* Balance between IA security and operational
* Relay issues that cannot be resolved to Senior Staff
* Self-Driven but a team player
* Lead by example.

* Working Environment:
* Works in a general office environment. However, duties will involve the conduct of work in the outdoors with a potential exposure to extreme climatic conditions including frequent tropical storms, typhoons, and high temperatures - upwards of 110 degrees in the summer months. Potential exposure to chemical or biological agents could exist. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain areas is required. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire, Safety and post policies. Normal work week is 48 hours but must be able to work overtime or nights as required.

* Physical Requirements:
* Work will require occasional lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional prolonged standing, and prolonged sitting. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with DOLE OSHA, EPA, Fire and Safety Regulations and published company work rules.
