Responsibilities:

The IDQ Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative support for the management of the Indefinite Quantity IDQ (IDQ) program. This role involves maintaining meticulous records, facilitating communication between stakeholders, organizing project meetings, managing project documentation, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Rate: $41.21/Hourly - CONTINGENT UPON AWARD

Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based

Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Job Functions:

* Establish and maintain individual file folders for each IDQ project in accordance with written procedures.
* Monitor and manage the flow of written Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to the Customer for review and their return as approved/disapproved projects or requests for revision.
* Schedule a variety of project meetings, including pre-bid, pre-construction, interim, progress, and post-construction meetings.
* Prepare minutes of project meetings as necessary, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items.
* Process required paperwork to close out completed projects and ensure timely payment of vendors providing materials or services.
* Prepare reports tracking the status and costs associated with each IDQ project, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
* Confer with and advise other management personnel regarding maintenance projects and priorities.
* Assist in developing cost estimates, budget, correspondence and status reports.
* Support other department staff as needed or directed.
* Adhere to the established safety and personnel policies and standard operating procedures.
* Work is primarily performed indoors but may include outdoor work. Must be able to work at varying heights (i.e. ladder, roof tops, underground, etc.) in a variety of conditions.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
