One California Responsibilities: Position Summary: The incumbent provides coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe a confidential environment form admission to discharge. The Incumbent is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team providing leadership personal/professional development and conducting him/herself professionally. #RN@DH Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license * One (1) year of experience in an ICU acute care setting as a Registered Nurse * BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
