Responsibilities: The ICS Network Engineer Level III is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining network devices, systems and applications within the ICS environment. They will also be tasked to configure and deploy both hardware and software applications and solutions, as well as provide support to end users. This will require broad knowledge of many IT fundamentals, ranging from Cisco routing and switching to Windows Server support and virtualization. Incumbent must be self- motivated, and actively engaged in ensuring the reliability and functionality of the ICS system. Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based Salary Range: $145,000-$155,000/yearly Qualifications: Essential Duties & Job Functions: * Investigate and plan new deployments for various ICS related assets (cameras, workstations, etc.). * Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues in Windows 10/11, Windows Server and Linux environments, and escalate if needed. * Troubleshoot and diagnose network communication issues and perform corrections as needed. * Racking and cabling networking equipment. * Routine software maintenance (backups, SQL trimming, etc.) * Support the integrity of the System Security Plan (SSP), creating Corrective Action Plans for issues identified and all supporting processes. * Maintain support accounts in relationship to the contract and SSP for patches, upgrades, troubleshooting and escalation. * Support the stability and integrity of the ICS environment. * Record and update documentation for assets in the ICS environment. * Assist end users with application use and installation/configuration. * Perform other duties as assigned.
