Responsibilities: The ICS Network Engineer Level II is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining network devices, systems and applications within the ICS environment. With limited guidance from senior team members, this Engineer will be capable of working through a wide variety of tasks, from software installation/configuration to troubleshooting network and application issues. They will also provide end user assistance with applications and accounts for a variety of services within the ICS network. Incumbent must be self- motivated, and actively engaged in ensuring the reliability and functionality of the ICS system. Salary Range: $125,000-$135,000/yearly Work Model: Onsire/In-Office Qualifications: Essential Duties & Job Functions: * Investigate and plan new deployments for various ICS related assets (cameras, workstations, etc.). * Troubleshoot and diagnose application issues in Windows 10/11, Windows Server and Linux environments, and escalate if needed. * Troubleshoot and diagnose network communication issues and perform corrections as needed. * Perform routine application and database maintenance. * Racking and cabling networking equipment. * Support the stability and integrity of the ICS environment. * Perform preventative maintenance on assets as required. * Record and update documentation for assets in the ICS environment. * Assist end users with application use and installation/configuration. * Perform other duties as assigned.
