Overview: Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm; 5 days a week. Performs duties under supervision of the Medical Director, Program Director, and/or Clinical Coordinator as appropriate for the program. Is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related support systems. Is responsible for the day-to- day maintenance on the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related support systems. Responsibilities: * Performs duties and procedures as directed by Program Director, Medical Director, and in some cases the Clinical * Performs hyperbaric chamber operations and system maintenance as requ * Make appropriate entries for daily hyperbaric treatments and wound care clinic visits including photo uploading. * Should assume responsibility for the safe and effective operation and maintenance of the hyperbaric chamber(s) and related systems and ancillary com * Should provide leadership and safety training to other hyperbaric facility personnel. * Must be responsible for maintaining all facility safety-related standards as required by various licensing and regulatory agencies. * Ensures department compliance with NFPA 99, Hyperbaric Facilities (current edition) and with unit safety policies and procedur Qualifications: Education: High chool diploma or general education degree(GED) or Certificate equivalent License(s)/Certification(s): * Be actively certified and/or licensed in one of the following vocations: * Respiratory Therapist * Corpsman (Military) * Medical Services Specialist * EMT-Basic or Paramedic * Registered Nurse, LPN, or LVN * Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) * Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) * Physical Therapist * Physical Therapy Assistant * Nurse Practitioner * Successfully complete a DCS approved HBO Safety course. * Must have completed a National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology approved hyperbaric medicine introductory *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
