The pay for this position starts at $60,000/year, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $70,480.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented hybrid Recruiter to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our mission, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented professionals to support our programs and services. The recruiter will work in a flexible hybrid environment with the opportunity to shape a career that impacts lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
* Interviewing: Screen and interview qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
* Onboarding: Prepare and manage onboarding files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed for new hires.
* Candidate Tracking: Monitor candidate progress throughout the interview process and ensure statuses are up to date in our recruitment system.
* Offer Management:Collaborate with hiring managers to create and extend job offers, guiding candidates through the decision-making process.
* Background Checks Assist the People Operations (PO) team with background screenings and compliance tracking.
* Additional Support: Provide support with secondary sourcing efforts and any other recruitment-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Job Requirements:

* Minimum of three (3) years high-volume, full-life cycle recruiting experience required.
* Experience using an ATS required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health settings.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, internet sourcing, cold calling, and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
